syncplexity is a comprehensive competitiveness model designed to facilitate effective business transformation so they will be able to thrive efficiently in hypercompetitive contexts by building a prestige brand.
A prestige brand is a company or business that becomes the sustainable reference for customers of what it offers.
The syncplexity (SPX) model mainly focuses on two types of business: Small & Medium Enterprises [SMEs] and retail.
SPX has helped around 80 different types of business, spanning diverse sectors such as industry, construction, tourism, services, and retail.
The implementation of this prestige-based model is carried out through different types of programs:
Foundations— Delivers the essential competitiveness elements that every business should have; it is the fundamental program for all the establishments (SMEs and retail) involved in implementing syncplexity.
Company—The business establishments staffed five or above use to need leadership skills, alongside a minimum ability to run robust1 processes.
Employees—The necessary complement to the Company program is the one specifically designed for employee growth. The three programs are developed progressively in 4 phases:
|#1||Trek In||Introduction to the syncplexity model of competitiveness for hypercompetitive contexts.||Two-day Seminar|
|#2||Base Camp||Building the business foundations for the prestige-based model.||7 Months|
|#3||Ascent||Engineering substantive features (unique and appreciated.) for the prestige-based model.||10 Months|
|#4||Peak||The prestige components are consolidated and become best practices.||10 Months|
Each phase deploys specific methods and tools to achieve the prestige goal structure.

The work dynamics are as follows:
Group Sessions—Knowledge is transferred in group sessions of 1 ½ h. every fortnight.
Individual DMP—Decisions are made once a month, at least, in 1 ½ h. individual sessions.
Individual Tool Deployment—As much as needed, technical sessions are scheduled to facilitate the deployment of the required tools and methods.
The implementation process of the proposed model results in a real business transformation.
One of the keys is the fact that a syncplexity expert does not advise -only-, nor teach -only-, but commits themself totally to the final result, acting as a "facilitating agent of change."
Setting a new paradigm of competitiveness requires the right balance between theory and practicality, which can only be efficiently achieved through involvement in the decision-making process. This way of working, which implies considerable participation in daily life —the expert becomes an outer part of the management team— requires sincere acceptance by the people who run the business. Furthermore, being a substantial part of achieving the desired results must be carefully analyzed with the company/business managers.
Besides the involvement in the decision-making process, task appraisal is a critical aspect, which determines the possibility of continuing the implementation process, so the outcomes required from each phase can be guaranteed.
1 The term robust has to be considered in the total quality sense of efficiency through no failure.
